Transform chronic pain,
anxiety, and trauma
held in your body.

I am Juliette, a qualified wild-hearted trauma-informed

somatic bodyworker based in Copenhagen.

I help you release what's locked and stuck in your body

so you can reclaim your energy and attention, heal fully,

and live more creatively, freely, and powerfully.

ENGLISH & FRENCH SESSIONS | IN-PERSON & ONLINE

We won't be working together to "fix" you, but to help you

return to the wild, tender, electric being you've always been.

Through body-based practices like the Grinberg Method and De-armouring,
alongside embodied art, movement, and ritual,
I will support you if you are ready to:

Release and transform what is locked in your body
like pain, anxiety, patterns, stories that aren't yours or limit you, into energy.

Open up to and learn from life's full spectrum: grief, pain, illness, rage, fear, pleasure, etc.

Befriend and reclaim your body as your home and your compass.

WORKING WITH ME IS FOR YOU IF:

✧ You have done the talk or physical therapy, but your body still feels shut down.

✧ You are in transition: leaving something, becoming someone.

✧ You crave more intensity, not less; more truth, not comfort.

✧ You want to feel joy in your bones, not just think or talk about it.

✧ You're done waiting for permission to be fully alive.

Testimonials

"Having these sessions consistently throughout the year reminds me that I'm still learning what it feels like when my body lets go. It's profound work; the body is so deeply subconscious that you can't completely change in one or two sessions. Changes happen subtly and last over time, especially with consistent practice.
Every session leaves me with more love, gratitude, and relaxation"

LUNA, MUSICIAN

“None of me is wrong.
None of me is broken.
I am only life.
A body made of
ever-changing weather, flesh, and bones,
l
onging to be recognized,
met, and allowed
to thrive as such.”
