Transform chronic pain,
anxiety, and trauma
through your body.

I am Juliette, a qualified & wild-hearted trauma-informed

somatic bodyworker based in Copenhagen.

I help you reconnect with your body's innate ability

to process, release, and heal so that you can reclaim your attention

and energy to feel at home in your body and in your life again.

Abstract Swirling Colors

I know what it's like when your body feels like a burden instead of a home. When pain becomes background noise you can't turn off. When anxiety lives so deep that nothing can shut it down.

I've lived this until embodiment and creative practices gave me my life back.

If any of this resonates:

✧  You've tried physical therapy, medication, or talk therapy, but your body still suffers.

✧  Doctors say "nothing is wrong", but your body tells a different story.

✧  You are stuck in an exhausting cycle of recurring anxiety, stress, or chronic pain.

✧  You've experienced trauma, and your body still carries its weight.

✧  You feel disconnected from your body, or like it's working against you.

✧  You are in transition: leaving something, becoming someone.

✧  You want to feel alive in your bones, not just think or talk about it.

✧  You're ready for body-based approaches to support your healing, recovery, or evolution.

Then I'm here for you.

Somatic bodywork is for people ready to work directly with what's held in their body, here and now, and gain lasting tools to transform pain, regulate their nervous system,

and reclaim their aliveness.

What We Can Unravel Together:

Anxiety &
Nervous System Disregulation

Chronic Pain, Limiting Condition
Injury Recovery

Persistent pain, fibromyalgia, back/neck pain, tension headaches, digestive issues, UTI, PMS, unexplained pain, injuries that won't fully heal, pain-anxiety cycles, chronic sleep issues...

Anxiety held in your body, panic attacks, chronic stress, burnout, overwhelm, feeling constantly activated, or unable to calm down.

Trauma Recovery

PTSD, stored trauma in tissues and nervous system, body armoring, dissociation, trauma-related pain.

People Pleasing, Imposter Syndrome & Boundaries

Chronic self-doubt, feeling like a fraud despite achievements, difficulty saying no or speaking up, shrinking or hiding, losing yourself to please others, disconnection from your authentic power and voice

Through hands-on somatic bodywork, we work with whatever you're experiencing - approaching it through your body so you can release what's been locked and preventing healing and processing.
Eventually, you'll be able to transform pain into energy, fear into presence, and patterns into power.

If you're experiencing any of the above, let's connect.

Testimonials

"Having these sessions consistently throughout the year reminds me that I'm still learning what it feels like when my body lets go. It's profound work; the body is so deeply subconscious that you can't completely change in one or two sessions. Changes happen subtly and last over time, especially with consistent practice.
Every session leaves me with more love, gratitude, and relaxation"

LUNA, MUSICIAN

“None of me is wrong.
None of me is broken.
I am only life.
A body made of
ever-changing weather, flesh, and bones,
l
onging to be recognized,
met, and allowed
to thrive as such.”
