You are soon embarking on a transformative and empowering journey by committing to this Embodied Transformation Mentorship.

Before we kickstart your journey, please review and agree to the terms below. This agreement ensures a safe and clear container for our work together.

1. INTRODUCTION

This agreement sets the terms of the Embodied Transformation Mentorship between:

By joining this mentorship, you commit to engaging in a structured learning process focused on body awareness, personal transformation, and integrating embodiment into your daily life.

2. NATURE OF THE WORK

• This mentorship is based on body attention and learning, not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.

• Sessions may involve verbal guidance, body attention exercises, and hands-on touch (if in-person).

  
  

• Your participation is voluntary, and results depend on your engagement in the process.

  
  

3. MENTORSHIP STRUCTURE & COMMITMENT

As part of the mentorship, you will receive:

• Two private sessions per month (online and/or in-person)

• Personalized home practices to integrate between sessions

• Ongoing support via email for check-ins & questions

  
  

Your Commitment: 

To get the most out of this process, you are expected to attend sessions, complete home practices, and take responsibility for your personal growth.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

Payments must be made before the start of the mentorship via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Payment options:

• One-time payment (most cost-effective)

• Monthly payment plan (agreed upon in advance)

• Flexible plan (every 2 or 3 months)

  
  

Refunds: 

Due to the nature of this work, payments are non-refundable once the mentorship has started.

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  
  

• Missed sessions without notice will be charged unless due to emergency.

  
  

• If I need to reschedule, I will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.

  
  

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & ETHICS

• All personal information and session content are strictly confidential.

  
  

• I adhere to the Grinberg Method’s ethical standards:

  • Respecting your personal limits and autonomy

  • Maintaining professional boundaries
