Weekly Grinberg Method sessions work.
But some patterns or conditions need more
sustained attention and energy to shift.

An Intensive gives you that. Three to four concentrated days, one to two sessions a day, where the momentum builds without being broken by ordinary life getting in the way.

What to expect:

Format

You receive 4 to 6 sessions

over 3 consecutive days

(Wednesday-Friday),

in Copenhagen, or online.

 

We schedule 1 to 2 sessions per day, with your choice of time slots.

 

Option 1: 10:00 and 14:00

Option 2: 11:30 and 15:30

Intention

Each Intensive is built around one specific thing you want to stop or change.

The frequency of sessions lets your body attention rise quickly - achieving in

three days what would take months of weekly work.

Investment

4-session Intensive:
4000 kr.

 

5-session Intensive:
5000 kr.

 

6-session Intensive:
6000 kr.

(If you come from abroad, the travelling & housing solutions and costs are your responsibility.)

There are only 2 slots available for each date, to ensure personalized attention.

Intensives are not suitable for:

  • Patients with life-threatening illnesses
     

  • Patients suffering from serious mental illness​
     

  • Those with conditions requiring medical or psychiatric attention
     

 

The Grinberg Method - which is the body-led approach used in these sessions -
does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment or medication.

 

In cases of physical or severe mental problems, consult a doctor or psychiatrist first.

An intensive is for you if:

You have little time in your routine for weekly sessions. You want to move faster than weekly sessions allow. You're dealing with intense or acute pain that needs concentrated attention. You're visiting Copenhagen and want to make the most of your time here.
