but weekly sessions feel too scattered to create the shift you need, or you don't regularly have time to get them.

An Intensive gives you that space, 3-4 concentrated days with 1 to 2 sessions a day, where you can immerse yourself completely, train your body attention without interruption, and allow the momentum to build naturally.

 

Instead of scattering the work across weeks, you compress it into focused days where real shifts can unfold and integrate deeply into your body.

What to expect:

Format

You receive 4 to 6 sessions

over 3 consecutive days

(Wednesday-Friday),

in Copenhagen, or online.

 

We schedule 1 to 2 sessions per day, with your choice of time slots.

 

Option 1: 10:00 and 14:00

Option 2: 11:30 and 15:30

Intention

In this immersion, the idea is to focus intensively on an individual goal or topic you want to work towards. 

 

Like a personalized retreat, the frequency of sessions allows your Body Attention to rise rapidly. This concentrated format enables you to achieve significant shifts in attention and energy levels that would take much longer with weekly sessions.

4-session Intensive:
3800 kr.

 

5-session Intensive:
4600 kr.

 

6-session Intensive:
5400 kr.

(If you come from abroad, the travelling & housing solutions and costs are your responsibility.)

There are only 2 slots available for each date, to ensure personalized attention.

Intensives are not suitable for:

  • Patients with life-threatening illnesses
     

  • Patients suffering from serious mental illness​
     

  • Those with conditions requiring medical or psychiatric attention
     

 

The Grinberg Method - which is the body-led approach used in these sessions -
does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment or medication.

 

In cases of physical or severe mental problems, consult a doctor or psychiatrist first.

An intensive process is for:

People who:

 

  • Have little time in their routine for weekly sessions.

 

  • Want to make a change but cannot remain focused on it through weekly sessions or in daily life.

 

  • Experience intense pain or physical discomfort requiring rapid change.
     

 

Through the rapid succession of sessions (typically two per day for several consecutive days), it becomes easier to maintain focus on the chosen topic.
