This 1-hour session aims to give you the space to recover and raise your energy, and attention to reach any aim you may have through a body-based learning process through the Grinberg methodology. If you are a new client, our first meeting will last 1h45, including a 40-minute foot assessment to define your goal, and discover what is standing between you and your aim through a conversation. In the remaining time of the session, you will already learn to move through the automatic patterns that limit you, and learn to make room for well-being, lightness, clarity, and new options, through your body.

Politique d'annulation

Cancellation Policy for Body Learning Sessions: I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and respect for both our time, please review the following cancellation policy: Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to someone else in need. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. The full session fee will apply. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can happen. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please cancel or reschedule your session as soon as possible to protect both our health. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures that I can maintain a balanced schedule and continue to offer the highest quality sessions.
